Our a la carte florals are available April through mid-October. We accept orders up to 9 months in advance. Standalone DIY bucket orders are available the week after Mother’s Day through Labor Day, and we accept orders up to 3 months in advance. Please fill out our inquiry form to check.

We’d be happy to discuss your event once it is booked with a venue and you are no more than 9 months out from your date. However, if you have some wiggle room, note that our a la carte event season runs April through mid-October, and know that you can often cut costs with venues and vendors by avoiding Saturdays, holidays, and peak weekends.

For most a la carte orders, we recommend scheduling pickup the morning of your wedding. For DIY florals, or other orders that require substantial design or installation time, plan on picking up about 24-36 hrs before event. Read more about DIY florals >>

In order to focus on growing and designing the best quality flowers, delivery services (drop-off only) may be available for a la carte orders over $2500. Our books are currently closed for full-service weddings. We cannot provide setup or installation services at this time. We have arches and other rentals available for self setup, and you’re welcome to purchase DIY buckets or swags.

We use your Pinterest board as design reference. We’ve been growing and designing florals for many years and have dialed in the most popular palettes. Our top colorway requests usually include white, cream, blush, peach, burgundy, neutrals, some occasional pops of saturated tones, and silvery-sage foliage.

Requests for blue sometimes can be a bit tricky, as there are very few truly blue flowers. In these cases, we usually include foliage with silvery-blue tones, utilize blue ribbon to wrap bouquets, and encourage you to use bridesmaid dresses or tablecloths to underscore blue palettes.

We can take your requests and Pinterest board into account, but we are able to maintain the value and quality of our florals by utilizing the best our farm and our local grower community can provide. Instead of importing product from outside of our region, we can almost always achieve the vibe - whether it be textural boho or Dutch master decadence - with specialty botanicals rarely found in the retail florist market. Due to the difficulty of sustainable, pesticide-free production in our region, we do not cultivate roses, nor tropicals such as orchids or protea.

Due to the high cost of communication labor and logistics, we cannot design into vessels or other personal items provided by client.

To ensure a cohesive aesthetic, we do not permit designs from other florists in our full-service weddings. DIY decor by clients is welcome, however, we would encourage you to consider your shopping, crafting, and communication time in your calculations. For example, if you’re not going to use an arch or 100 votive candles again, it’s probably more cost-effective to rent.

We provide discounts for couples who identify as queer, BIPOC, or work as activists. We can also sometimes donate product, supplies, or labor to community projects (preference for anti-capitalist, anti-racist, Philadelphia-area projects). Please inquire.

For most orders, a standard vehicle is fine, so long as it is not full of other passengers or supplies. We recommend bringing cardboard boxes or packing material to stabilize floral arrangements. A/C is preferred. Transport in pickup trucks is not advised, as wind will damage florals.
Rentals are due back within 3 days of your event.
